Vincent C. Marinaro was born in 1911 in Reynoldsville PA. Vincent lived most of his life in Mechanicsburg PA, and fished the famous limestone streams of that state. His work on terrestrial patterns and development of the thorax dun changed the way anglers looked at fly patterns. His books "A Modern Dry Fly Code" -published 1950, and "In The Ring of the Rise" -published 1976, are must have books on any angler's bookshelves.
